Today we spent the afternoon drinking wine and eating good food. We have been experiencing our honeymoon in one day installments over the last four weeks or so. Today was one of the best days yet. First we went to T'Gallant winery for a tasting (Note the high-tech link I put in there!). We purchased one of their bottles of wine and some very artsy wine glasses pictured at the bottom of this blog entry.
Jeff's crime spree can now be classified as "international".
As it turns out, "Standing" means parking in Australia.
The day also included a special trip to the Red Hill Cheesery (Yup, it's a word! Or, at least it is a word according to the Cheesery itself. I have not yet consulted the OED so I can't speak with total authority on the matter). The cheese was delicious and we plan on going back, a lot! We bought a local soft goat's milk cheese called Misty Valley.
We ate the most amazing meal at the Ten Minutes by Tractor winery and restaurant.
My sticky date pudding was as delicious as it was beautiful.
Outside the window of the restaurant were some hard working sheep/lawnmowers. No rest for the woolly.
This picture was taken (by Liz, the passenger) right before the turn into our street. Everywhere we went today was within a half hour drive of our home.
Although most of our wedding money has been spent on experiences (stay at the HoDo, trips to wineries, footy games, exploring Melbourne) here are just a few of the awesome gifts we have bought ourselves with the wedding money. Wine, cheese, sweet wine glasses, and yummy stove-top espresso maker. We are already excited for next weekends installment of the honeymoon!

Looks like a wonderful experience! I'm jealous, but will settle for living vicariously through your photos :)
